Star Express Car Wash is dedicated to lending a helping hand to nonprofit organizations in our community. We offer a flexible option that allows you to sell unique car wash codes at full price, keep 50% of the profit, and bypass organizing and executing a car wash or worrying about rain dates.
Organization must be a nonprofit with a 501(c)(3) classification and be able to provide its
Tax ID number
The organization chairperson will fill out an application and submit it to Star Express Car Wash via email or in person.
Once approved the chairperson will pick up the wash codes at Star Car Wash and sign the contract accepting responsibility.
Organizations will sell the Star Express washes at the full price of $10.00 each.
The organization will purchase them for $5.00 per $10 wash code. Unused wash codes that go unsold can be returned to Star Express for $5.00 each reimbursement.
Organizations are permitted to receive a batch of up to 50 car wash codes with an approved contract and have 31 days to complete the fundraiser.
After each batch of wash codes is sold, an organization may receive and sell additional codes within 31 days.
An organization may participate one time per 12 months.
Wash codes never expire
Please Note:
Due to the popularity of the fundraising programs, Star Express Car Wash reserves the right to limit the quantity of programs available in each geographic location on a month by month basis.
Each organization must fill out a Charity Car Wash Application and be approved for participation by Star Express Car Wash. Your organization must meet the Charity Car Wash Fundraiser criteria. The approval process normally takes a few days. If approved, please also allow an additional week for the processing of fundraising wash codes and contract.
"The Star Express Wash Program is a win-win for our school community. Parents and neighbors have the opportunity to buy Wash Codes for car washes at the same price they would pay if they went directly to Star Express, but half of the money goes to the PTA. We love the fact that we don't have to ask parents to pay inflated prices for goods or services in order for the school to benefit!"
